The Artist/Creator, as governed by Swiss law, remains the copyright holder of his work having initiated its creation. Reproduction and image rights of works present on the website vincentmunier.com belong solely to their authors. Their joint authorisation is subsequently necessary for all use of these rights. The Customer’s rights to the work purchased are therefore limited to private use, and excludes all image and reproduction rights.
